Launch of Lipstick & Lace [Edmonton Boudoir Photography]

October 27, 2009

I am so excited to announce the launch of www.lipstickandlace.ca, an Edmonton Boudoir Photography Studio!

Most of you who know me, are well aware that I have been shooting Boudoir Photography regularly under Karla Snider Photography for the past year or so. I have been loving the process and the outcome. My clients have been coming in to create beautiful imagery as a gift for a husband or a fiance, and been leaving the studio as new women. A Boudoir Photo Shoot, is a pampering experience that helps my women clientele step “out of the box” and makes them feel wonderful!

Back in January I attended a wedding and portrait photographers convention, in Phoenix Arizona called the Digital Wedding Forum Convention. There I had lunch and heard  these awesome ladies speak: The Boudoir Divas. Their talk proved to me, that boudoir photography was coming back from the 80’s with style and sophistication. It was during that time that I came up with the idea to branch out from my wedding and portrait photography, into this exciting style.

Lipstick & Lace is a boutique boudoir photography studio. I offer 2-3 hour photo sessions and recommend talented professional makeup and hair artists and I offer luxurious custom products. If you are interested in learning about boudoir photography, or if you would like to book a consultation feel free to contact me at karla@lipstickandlace.ca.

I just want to say a big thank you to all my stunning clients for trusting me to photograph you, and show you the beauty that I see through my lens. And to the brave ladies that allowed me to post their images on my new website…you are all beautiful and look incredible in your photos!

Here is a couple screen captures from the new site.
